I am back in physical therapy. It has been good to get moving again. Working out in the pool is surprising hard. I am sore but it is a good sore. Each workout seems to ends with a nap. Today I have set some short term goals to get me to the long term goal of a healthier me and the 5K/10K.
Short term goals:
- Attend physical therapy 3 days a week
- Work with personal trainer 2 days a week
- Increase my daily steps to 10,000
- Track my body measurements not my weight
Ben continues to be at my side through it all.
